SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will gladly refund items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original state: unused, unaltered, and with original packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.
For returns from USA and Canada, please contact us for a return shipping label. We'll deduct from your refund a discounted rate of $10 for the cost of return shipping
For returns from other locations, please use the most economical method that comes with a tracking number from your country's postal operator
After we have received your returned package, we will refund your order within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 4 weeks before you receive the refund. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. Please note that depending on the shipping speed, it will take 6-20 business days before we receive your returned package at our warehouse in Canada.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our warehouse in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that certain countries may charge additional duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay for these.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada. These orders are typically shipped within 5 business days. Shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days for US orders in the 48 contiguous states (may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any U.S. Territories), and 6-12 business days for orders within Canada. Express shipping is available and depending on your location, would usually take about 2-5 business days. For international packages, the standard shipping method may take any where from 6-22 business days. On average, it takes about 2-3 weeks. For certain countries, the Express shipping method is the only shipping option.
We offer free shipping for orders to USA that are over $45.
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. A separate email from Aftership will also be sent with your own tracking link.

This guarantee ensures you'll find the best price when you are shopping at Fantom Wallet, all year round. Should our own price be reduced after your purchase, simply send us an email at email@example.com with your original order number within 90 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference. This guarantee applies to all in stock items. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to pre-order and/or clearance items.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Each Fantom Wallet purchased from our website, an authorized retailer, or our Kickstarter campaign comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Ansix Designs warrants that the purchased product is free from any manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Fantom Wallets with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Ansix Designs for the practical lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the plastic and aluminum parts; scratches on the outer plates and inlays; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized alterations or repairs. Shipping & handling fees may apply.
Wear and Tear Warranty
Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect can be replaced by Ansix Designs at 50% of the MSRP. Changing to a different Fantom Wallet, such as different size, color, option, is eligible for this Wear and Tear Warranty. However, this does not apply to changing to a different Fantom Wallet model, such as going from the Fantom Wallet to the Fantom R Wallet, or vice versa. This Wear and Tear Warranty can be claimed repeatedly and at any time. To qualify for the Wear and Tear Warranty, the original wallet must be sent back to Ansix Designs. Alternatively, proof of destroyed wallet has to be shown to Ansix Designs. Any abuse of this Wear and Tear Warranty will not be accepted. Shipping & handling fees may apply.
