How a Fantom is made
1. CNC machined in house
Every frame starts as aluminum on a CNC machine in Fantom's own shop.
2. Vapor honed
A fine abrasive and water give the aluminum a smooth, even satin surface.
3. Measured
Parts are checked with a micrometer to make sure they're within tolerance.
4. Anodized
Each frame is anodized, which builds a hard, protective layer into the metal.
5. Hand assembled
A skilled technician assembles each wallet by hand, and every one goes through quality control testing before it ships.

Which Fantom wallets are made in Canada?
The Fantom X, Fantom M and Fantom M Pro are manufactured and assembled by hand in Canada. Their aluminum frames are CNC machined in Fantom's own shop, finished in house, then put together by a skilled technician, one wallet at a time.
How is a Fantom made?
Every frame starts as aluminum on a CNC machine in Fantom's own shop. It's vapor honed with a fine abrasive and water for a smooth, even satin finish, then washed, prepped and anodized, which builds a hard protective layer into the metal. Parts are measured with a micrometer to make sure they're within tolerance.
A skilled technician then assembles each wallet by hand. On the M Pro, that's also when the Apple Find My tracker goes in. Every wallet goes through quality control testing before it ships. See the full process.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Fantom comes with a limited lifetime warranty. If your wallet has a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it for the practical lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, like scratches on the plates, isn't covered.

Will I pay duties or brokerage fees?
No. Orders ship from Canada, so there are no duties or brokerage fees, and they're delivered by Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Standard shipping is free on orders over CAD $100, and express shipping is free over CAD $250.
