Return Policy

We're here to make returns simple and hassle-free. You have a 100-day window from the day of delivery to request a refund. For a successful refund process, please note the following:

  • Ensure the items are in their original state: unused, unaltered, and with original packaging. Used wallets or wallets with installed accessories cannot be returned. 

  • Shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay for the return shipping costs.

After we have received your returned package, we will refund your order within 5 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Please note that depending on the shipping speed, it will take 6-20 business days before we receive your returned package at our warehouse in Canada. Any order associated with a chargeback will not be eligible for a refund.

How to return your item(s) for U.S. and Canada orders

  • Please contact us for a return shipping label. We'll deduct from your refund a discounted rate for the cost of return shipping ($10).

  • Pack the item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.

  • Attach the prepaid return label to the front of the package. Mail your return package via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for U.S. orders and Canada Post for Canada orders.

How to return your item(s) for international (non U.S. and Canada) orders

  • Please follow the return steps listed in our Returns Portal. A DHL return shipping label will be generated. All return shipping labels are subsidized by us.

  • Pack the item(s) you’d like to return in the original packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack the item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box for protection during shipping.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world from our warehouse in Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada. These orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days for US orders in the 48 contiguous states (may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and any U.S. Territories), and Canada. Express shipping is available and depending on your location, would usually take about 2-5 business days. We offer free shipping for orders to USA that are over $45 and for orders to Canada that contain a Fantom X Wallet or Fantom M Wallet.

For shipping orders outside of Canada and the US, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows Fantom Wallet to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. These orders are shipped by DHL Express and delivery timeframe is usually within one week.

Please select the flag icon on the top of the screen to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees. For most countries, the display price is already inclusive of duties, taxes, and other customs fees. This way, you will not be surprised with any additional fees.

Please note that if duty is not prepaid during the checkout process, you may be charged additional duties and taxes upon delivery. It is your responsibility to pay for these.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. A separate email from Aftership will also be sent with your own tracking link.

We are not responsible for delayed and/or lost shipments due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.



This guarantee ensures you'll find the best price when you are shopping at Fantom Wallet, all year round. Should our own price be reduced after your purchase, simply send us an email at with your original order number within 90 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference. This guarantee applies to all in stock items. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to pre-order and/or clearance items.



Limited Lifetime Warranty

Each Fantom Wallet purchased from our website, an authorized retailer, or our Kickstarter campaign comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Ansix Designs warrants that the purchased product is free from any manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. Fantom Wallets with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Ansix Designs for the practical lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear of the plastic and aluminum parts; scratches on the outer plates and inlays; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized alterations or repairs. Shipping & handling fees may apply. This warranty is non-transferable. For the Rechargeable Tracker Card, it comes with a limited 1 year warranty.

Wear and Tear Warranty

Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect can be replaced by Ansix Designs at 50% of the MSRP. Changing to a different Fantom Wallet, such as different size, color, option, is eligible for this Wear and Tear Warranty. However, this does not apply to changing to a different Fantom Wallet model, such as going from the Fantom S Wallet to the Fantom X Wallet, or vice versa. This Wear and Tear Warranty can be claimed repeatedly and at any time. To qualify for the Wear and Tear Warranty, the original wallet must be sent back to Ansix Designs. Alternatively, proof of destroyed wallet has to be shown to Ansix Designs. Any abuse of this Wear and Tear Warranty will not be accepted. Shipping & handling fees may apply. This warranty is non-transferable. This warranty is not applicable to the Rechargeable Tracker Card.
